Shipping Policy

  1. The shipment is done through our 3rd Party courier partners and the delivery timelines are dependent on the Pin-Code of the location. Usually, it takes 3-6 days for the order to be delivered

  2. We share the AWB details with the customer, to enable him/her to track the order on real time basis. The tracking facility is provided by the shipping partner, and we do not bear any responsibility, should the tracking be unavailable. However, these may be rare instances and we can externally try to facilitate the delivery by coordinating with the shipping partner

  3. Any delays due to inadvertent issues is not our responsibility. Please note, such situations may arise due to unavoidable circumstances, and we shall try our best to coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the same

  4. The customer may need to pay for the shipping charges in case it is mentioned in the shopping section/cart. The charges are usually applied if the order value is lesser than a certain amount or if the location of shipping is such that higher shipping charges are levied by the shipping partner
