1.1 Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from www.trykagears.com. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a 5-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice copy.

  • Any included accessories, manuals, or promotional items must be returned.
     

1.2 Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email (support@trykagears.com) within the designated return period to request a return authorization. Mention of details like Invoice number OR Order number, is necessary to evaluate the process.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to UPI ID or Bank Account details shared by you. It may take 5-7 days to initiate the refund

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning product(s) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of proof of payment

     2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed and shipped quickly. If your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being fulfilled, we may be unable to cancel it.

2.2 Cancellation of Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer support team (support@trykagears.com). We will assess the status of the pre-order and provide information on cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees.
