WARRANTY POLICY FOR HARNESS

We provide warranty for a period of 12 months

We advise the customer to refer to the product’s user manual to know more about the terms of usage of the product

Warranty is applicable under the following conditions:

Warranty is covered for manufacturing defect related to wiring and connectors

The product returned is undamaged and not tampered with
-
Warranty is not applicable under the following conditions
-
There should be no external damage on the wiring or connectors
-
There should be no unauthorised replacement of components in the harness
-
There should be no tampering of wiring
-
Warranty is not covered for Relay and the Fuse

Warranty is processed as per the following process:

After thorough inspection by our technical team, if it is ascertained that the unit(s) indeed had manufacturing defect, the warranty cover is accepted at our end

If the unit(s) can be repaired, the same is shipped back to the customer, post rectification. Else a new unit is dispatched

If there is any product related issue post the expiry of the warranty period, the customer is advised to contact us (through “Contact Us” section on the website). Usually, we would ask the customer to send back the product for inspection and repair. If the product can be repaired, the same will be done and then shipped back to the customer. Please note, the entire cost of inbound and outbound shipment, as well as the cost of repair will need to be borne by the customer

Damaged packaging when received by the customer. In such case, the customer should not open the package and share the images and videos of the damaged package. Any attempt to open the damaged package will void the warranty

Customer must note that the product returned under warranty period will first undergo a thorough inspection by our technical team. If it is established that it is indeed a manufacturing defect, attempt will be made to repair the product and return the same to the customer. We may also send a new unit, if option to repair is ruled out by our team internally. The decision will however solely rest with us and basis outcome of product inspection. Should the customer insist on a refund, the same may be considered on the following conditions (all or few to apply):
a. The money will be eligible for refund only if manufacturing defect has been established
b. The customer does not wish to receive the repaired/new product replacement
c. The company is not able to provide a replacement to the product -
If the customer seeks refund, instead of replacement, then the same needs to be applied for within 10 days of purchase of the product i.e., 10 days from the invoice date of the concerned unit(s)

Refund will be paid through UPI or Bank Account details shared and after deducting any incidental costs, refund will be paid to the customer’s account only and it is not transferrable.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to UPI ID or Bank Account details shared by you. It may take 5-7 days to initiate the refund -
